Tenderloin Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the pumpkin pie spice, mustard, onion, and garlic powders.
Rub on all sides of the pork loin. Let rest for up to 2 hours at room temperature.
Sear tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about three minutes each side. Set aside.
Combine Swerve brown sugar and coconut oil and rub onto the pork.
Bake in oven until the pork is cooked through, about 35 minutes for medium.

Apple and Onion Compote Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan on the stove.
Cook onions in butter until slightly translucent.
Add apples and continue to cook mixture down.
Add honey, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, and pumpkin pie spice.
Continue cooking over medium heat for approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
Serve atop sliced tenderloin.
