Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro stems removed
  • 4 jalapeno peppers stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Chef Note: You could also add a dash of hot sauce if you would like to spice things up a notch.  Or you could remove the seeds from the jalapenos to reduce some of the heat.
