- 2 cups milk (your preference—I used almond milk)
- 2 scoops BioTRUST Low Carb Lite Chocolate Ice Cream
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
Mix all ingredients together and warm either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Top with cinnamon, marshmallows, or shaved dark chocolate. You could even whip up your own homemade whipped topping from heavy cream.
