Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (your preference—I used almond milk)
  • 2 scoops BioTRUST Low Carb Lite Chocolate Ice Cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • tsp chili powder
  • tsp cayenne

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and warm either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  • Top with cinnamon, marshmallows, or shaved dark chocolate. You could even whip up your own homemade whipped topping from heavy cream.
  • Enjoy by the fire if possible.
