- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- toppings of your choice
- seasonings of your choice
- salt and pepper to taste
- nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray the baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Slice cauliflower into ½- to ¾-inch slices, and lay on baking sheet.
Add a layer of tomato sauce on top of each cauliflower slice.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of tomato sauce.
Add seasonings and toppings.
Place in oven for 25 minutes.
