Chopped Summer Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Here’s how I create a typical salad to enjoy for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • Place all ingredients into a mason jar (or other tightly sealed container), and shake vigorously.
  • Use one to two tablespoons drizzled over your BIG salad and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tip: You can store this dressing in the refrigerator for roughly two to three weeks. It will need to be shaken (not stirred) before each use. 😉
