Mix flours, protein, and sweetener in a bowl; set aside.
Mix nut butter and syrup and heat in microwave roughly 30 seconds; set aside.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Add vanilla and milk and continue stirring until a batter forms.
Transfer dough to baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
Press sprinkles into the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Cut into equal pieces and store in the fridge for up to one week.
