ground turkey

taco seasoning

corn tortillas

cup
refried beans

cup
cheddar cheese
shredded

cup
taco sauce
1
tomato
diced
green onions
diced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown turkey meat, drain, add taco seasoning, and set aside.
Lightly brown tortillas in oven (optional).
Lay 4 tortillas on a baking tray.
Evenly spread refried beans on each tortilla.
Layer turkey on top of beans.
Add second tortilla on top.
Add a layer of taco sauce on top of second tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until cheese is nice and melted.
Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
