Buffalo Shrimp Dip

The perfect shrimp dip for your gameday celebration.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 2 jalapenos diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 3 oz grated pepper jack cheese
  • 3 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Chop shrimp into small pieces (I like to cut one shrimp into three pieces, minimum)
  • Sauté onion and jalapeños in olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add spinach and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are opaque.
  • Fold in cream cheese.
  • Add butter, hot sauce, and grated cheeses.
  • Stir until cheese begins to bubble.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Chef Note: You could also add your favorite lager, which would really kick the flavor of this baby up a notch.
