- 1 clove garlic grated or minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup sashimi-grade ahi tuna cut into small pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine garlic, ginger, honey, oil, soy sauce, onions, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.
Add tuna and stir until well coated.
Place a cylinder on a plate and add tuna mixture.
Gently remove the cylinder.
Voila! Enjoy!
Chef Note: If you do not have a cylinder, you can simply add tuna mixture to a measuring cup and flip upside down onto a plate.
