Chopped Summer Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Place all ingredients into a mason jar (or other tightly sealed container), and shake vigorously.
Use one to two tablespoons drizzled over your BIG salad and enjoy!
Pro Tip: You can store this dressing in the refrigerator for roughly two to three weeks. It will need to be shaken (not stirred) before each use. 😉
