Creamy Protein-Packed Salad Dressing

- 1 scoop protein powder unflavored
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 small garlic clove finely minced
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt adjust to taste
- 2 – 4 Tbsp water to thin, as needed
In a medium bowl, whisk together the protein powder and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, parsley, and salt. Whisk until fully combined.
Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. (Or leave the water out and use it as a dip for your fresh vegetables.)
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
