scoops BioTrust Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder

water
or your favorite milk alternative

cup
plain Greek yogurt

nutmeg

cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves
optional, for a deeper spice flavor

rum
or vanilla extract
1 - 2
tsp
maple syrup or your favorite natural sweetener
optional, to taste

feel free to adjust to your desired thickness
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as needed.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top for garnish, and enjoy!
Notes
For an additional (and potent) dash of nutrition, toss in a scoop of creatine, a handful of greens, or even half a banana.
