Ingredients

  • 2 scoops BioTrust Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup water or your favorite milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of ground cloves optional, for a deeper spice flavor
  • 1/4 tsp rum or vanilla extract
  • 1 - 2 tsp maple syrup or your favorite natural sweetener optional, to taste
  • 4 ice cubes feel free to adjust to your desired thickness

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as needed.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top for garnish, and enjoy!

Notes

For an additional (and potent) dash of nutrition, toss in a scoop of creatine, a handful of greens, or even half a banana.
