Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Red Hot sauce we like Frank’s, but you can choose your favorite
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 Tbsp crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl, and gently stir in Red Hot sauce, celery, and carrots.
  • Top with chicken and cheese.

Notes

If gorgonzola or blue cheese are a bit too rich for your tastes, you can also choose a drizzle of ranch dressing, such as the Classic Ranch from Bolthouse Farms.
