Whipped Cottage Cheese and Pumpkin Delight

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops Low Carb Multi Protein Salted Caramel
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 to 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Optional toppings: pumpkin seeds granola, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or some whipped cream
Blend cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, and protein powder until smooth and fluffy. (I used an immersion blender. A food processor or mixer would also work well. A high-speed blender, on the other hand, isn’t recommended.)
Stir in maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
Serve topped with your choice of crunchy toppings or extra whip.
