1. Peanut Butter Cup Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 scoop BioTrust Low Carb Protein Powder Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
Directions:
- Combine egg and almond milk until egg is well beaten.
- Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- After spraying a mug with cooking spray, pour the batter into the mug.
- Microwave for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Enjoy this protein cake right out of the mug, or turn out onto a plate!
