5 Easy Juice Recipes for Beginners

1. Berry Good Beet Juice

Easy Juice Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Ageless Multi-Collagen
  • 1 beet
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 lemon
  • 4″ long knob of fresh ginger
  • Ice, to your preference (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or NutriBullet ®.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Enjoy!

Chef Note: If you are like me and you don’t like pulp in your orange juice, then you may want to run this juice through a strainer before consuming. If you have a juicer, you can add the produce to your juicer instead and then add the Ageless Multi-Collagen and stir or blend for any of our easy juice recipes.

Chef Note: You can also substitute any other berry of your choice for the blueberries.

Chef Note: Beets are very prone to staining. That being said, don’t be alarmed if you notice a purplish hue to your urine. (I am here to help, folks).
