Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder unflavored
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt adjust to taste
  • 2 – 4 Tbsp water to thin, as needed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the protein powder and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Add the olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, parsley, and salt. Whisk until fully combined.
