Elevated Bone Broth Coffee Recipe (with MCT Oil)
Trends would suggest that replacing your morning cup of joe with a savory bone broth is the new superfood breakfast of champions. I jumped on this bandwagon a while ago, and it certainly fits the bill for me. Truth be told, I can’t handle too much caffeine as I get jittery and my heart races, and well, it just gives me a little bit of an uneasy feeling. So, for me, bone broth was a warm and cozy way to get in some collagen protein and start my day on the right foot.
But then I got an idea—what if I could combine the best of both worlds? Boffee = bone broth and coffee. Then a lightbulb went off, and I thought, but why stop there? Sort of like a bromance, the broffee was born. I could make sort of like a bulletproof broffee with the addition of some Keto Elevate and grass-fed butter. Now this breakfast was really built for champions.
If this seems like an odd coupling to you, you are not alone. I was skeptical at first, but hear me out—this stuff is amazing! You don’t need to add the butter, but if you do, be sure to allow it to melt first. 😉
A few welcome additions to this are turmeric and/or cinnamon. I opted for turmeric the first round and cinnamon the second, and I think both are equally good.
And going back to the whole coffee makes me jittery issue, something about cutting it with the bone broth and the addition of Keto Elevate allowed me to enjoy this tasty beverage without the side effects I’ve experienced in the past.

- 1 cup coffee pick your favorite
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1 scoop Keto Elevate
- 1 pat grass-fed butter optional
- dash of cinnamon optional
- dash of turmeric optional
- Combine all ingredients and whisk or blend until incorporated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
