Girl Scout cookie season has arrived, and you know what that means—temptation is everywhere! Whether you’re a Thin Mints devotee or a Tagalongs enthusiast, you surely have a favorite. And one of the most popular is the coconut-caramel-chocolate dream: Samoas. So irresistible!
If you’re like me and you love the flavors but are better off not having a full box within arm’s reach (or even somewhere in the house), these No-Bake Samoa Energy Bits offer a pretty sweet solution.
Rich, chewy, chocolate, and packed with coconut goodness—with a more nutritious twist. Plus, they’re so easy to make—you only need five simple ingredients and about 15 minutes.
Why We Love These Samoa Energy Bites
Let us count the ways:
- They taste like a treat but provide good fuel for a busy day as they’re a more balanced, naturally sweetened, high-fiber snack.
- Made with only five easy-to-find ingredients—no long shopping list required!
- Naturally sweetened with dates, which provide a caramel-like richness that’s satisfyingly sweet without refined sugars.
- No baking needed: Just blend, roll, and enjoy!
- Perfect for on-the-go, whether you’re looking for a quick snack before a workout, an afternoon pick-me-up, or an after-dinner treat. They’re so easy to grab and go and store nicely in the fridge (in an air-tight container) for one week or in the freezer for longer. (Allow to thaw before eating.)
