No Carb Keto Biscuits Recipe:
Step 1: In a bowl combine:
- Egg
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 2: Use a hand mixer to whip and set aside
Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine:
- 2 Scoops Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 Tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- 1 Monkfruit sweetener
Step 4: Stir to Mix
Step 5: Combine dry ingredients with egg mixture
Step 6: Use hand mixer to blend
Step 7: Scoop heaping tablespoon-size “blob” onto a parchment covered cookie sheet
Step 8: Bake at 350° for 12 minutes
