Keto & Paleo Protein Brownies
Step 1: Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, covering the bottom and the sides.
Step 2: In a sauce pan, melt the following over low heat:
- 12 Tbsp Butter
- 2 oz Dark Chocolate
Step 3: In a separate bowl, beat 3 whole eggs.
Step 4: Stir melted chocolate mixture into eggs.
Step 5: Add the following into the mixture:
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Scoops of Keto Elevate
Step 6: Pour the batter into the baking pan.
Step 7: Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Step 9: Top with coconut flakes and enjoy!
