Triple Threat Protein Coffee Recipe (delicious & good for you)

Protein Coffee Recipe

If you’re like me, chances are you are not a “breakfast person.” Heck, if you are like most folks, you aren’t even a “morning person.” With a growing part of the population adopting the bad habit of grabbing breakfast on the go, this usually means pre-packed, processed, calorie-dense foods, or worse, something from a drive-thru. *Gasp*

Before you get all up in arms, I am not shaming all fast food, as there are certainly some healthier options made available recently. Still, if we remember the adage, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” then we really should be mindful of what we are consuming when we break our fasts. Whether a food or beverage, this meal is single-handedly responsible for kicking off our day and providing us with the energy to perform basic daily life.

Your first “meal” of the day will likely have a domino effect and guide the rest of your meal choices, so it better be a good one! And it doesn’t even stop there: what you consume for breakfast really dictates all of your choices from how focused you are to whether or not you make it to the gym.

When I think of “breakfast,” I immediately think of protein. A good solid protein source could be derived from whole foods, or you could grab your favorite powdered protein blend. I realize I’m biased, but I am partial to BioTRUST Nutrition’s Low Carb Protein Blend. It packs a solid 24 grams of pure, clean, all-natural protein. Recently I have been using the Low Carb Lite, which saves me some calories while still providing 20 grams of quality protein.

With that being said, coffee has long been a staple in most folks’ morning routines, so much so, in fact, that there is a running joke with even coffee cups proudly proclaiming, “Don’t talk to me until I have had my coffee” for you. If that sounds like YOU, then you are going to love my protein coffee recipe.

I wanted to really ramp up my morning routine with a triple threat. So, check this out…

Start with your favorite brew. Let it chill. Then add Keto Elevate instead of coffee creamer and/or sugar. Now we could stop there, but wait… there’s more! (Sham WOW). To this blend, add in flavored Ageless Multi-Collagen. A protein coffee recipe that truly is a triple threat.
