Y’all know I am always looking for ways to incorporate our Low Carb and Low Carb Lite into healthy smoothie and shake recipes. With the summer heat bearing down on the Coastal Carolina’s right now (90+ degrees), I wanted something healthy, tropical, and satisfying that I could have no matter what time of day it is.
This tropical protein smoothie recipe can be incorporated into your healthy diet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a snack. Pre-bedtime? Sure…why not?!

Ingredients
- 2 scoops BioTrust Low Carb Lite vanilla cupcake flavor
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple
- ½ cup mango
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your blender of choice and blend until smooth and creamy.
