Health Bites Episode 16: KeDough Pizza Recipe
Kedough Pizza Recipe
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the following ingredients:
- 5 Scoops BioTrust Ageless Multi-Collagen
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Baking Powder
- 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Step 2: Stir to Combine
Step 3: Using a wooden spoon or spatula, smooth dough into a 9-inch round pizza crust
Step 4: Bake crust at 375° for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the crust and allow to cool
Step 5: Time to prepare your toppings. In a skillet, cook 8oz Fresh Italian Sausage
Step 6: Top pizza crust with:
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Tomato Sauce
- 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- Cooked Italian Sausage
- Fresh Basil
Step 7: After you top the pizza, return it to the oven to bake until the toppings are browned and the cheese is melted.
Step 8: Cut, serve and enjoy.
