Vanilla Almond Butter Protein Granola
Step 1: In a sauce pan, add:
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Step 2: Stir until ingredients completely melt.
Step 3: Add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Step 4: Transfer into large mixing bowl.
Step 5: In the large mixing bowl, add 2 cups rolled oats. Mix well to ensure all oats are coated.
Step 6: Add:
- 1 Scoop BioTrust Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flax
- 1/4 tsp salt
Step 7: Stir to combine.
Step 8: Spread granola mixture over parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Step 9: Bake at 325° for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10: Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Step 11: Top Vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and your homemade protein granola.
Step 12: Enjoy.
